Xiaogan Jili Pin Co., Ltd. was established on March 17, 2005, and is a company specializing in the production of Xiaogan rice wine and beverages. Currently, the company occupies a total area of 100 mu and has a total investment of 150 million yuan. The company employs over 160 people, including more than 40 professional and technical personnel, over 30 sales staff, and over 100 production workers. Its fixed assets amount to over 80 million yuan.
Since its opening, the company has successively introduced several advanced processing production lines equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and fully automated equipment. It has obtained national certification for industrial and mining product quality and safety, boasts strong technical expertise, and relies on a fully enclosed production line to ensure consistent quality control. We have over 20 years of experience in rice wine production and a comprehensive product R&D system. We also boast an outstanding quality control management team and our own brand’s source factory. Our production and filling facilities strictly adhere to GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing standards, ensuring that our cleanrooms meet the stringent requirements of Class 100,000 cleanliness levels. We currently operate five fermenting liquor filling lines, four beverage suction lines, and three rice wine production lines, enabling multiple production lines to operate simultaneously. Currently, our daily rice wine production capacity reaches 60 tons, with an annual output capacity of up to 200,000 tons.
